What currency is my order billed in?
-Mainly in US$, although we bill in Euro and GBP also.
What currency do you accept?
-Mainly US$, also we accept order’s in Euro and GBP.
What is the charge shipping?
-Shipping charges depend on your total order weight/size which we can confirm
only after we receive your exact order.
What are the shipping methods available?
-Courier (UPS/DHL/FEDEX/TNT/EMS, etc.), takes about 1-3 days, door to door delivery, is ideal for small order’s
-Air Cargo takes about 2-5 days; airport to airport service, is ideal for medium and large orders.
When will my order be shipped?
- Your order will be shipped the same or next day we receive your payment in our corporate bank account.

-Yes, you can track your order from the shipping company’s website and the tracking number we provide you.
What forms of payment do you accept?

Sample Shipment availability?
Samples Shipment is possible but we have to get payment for samples.
